David Whitworth

Partner and Head of Wills, Trusts & Probate

David is a partner in the private client department. David specialises in advising on Inheritance Tax mitigation. He also has extensive experience of preparing wills, administering estates following death and advising on all aspects of setting up and running trusts. He is able to advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Receivership applications to the Court of Protection for those who are unable to manage their own affairs.

David is a member of the Law Society's Probate Section and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
