Tracey Smith

Managing Partner and Head of Family

Tracey was elected to the role of Managing Partner in 2009.

She joined Mowbray Woodwards in 1998 and is Head of the Family Department. Tracey specialises in childrens law and advanced financial provisions, dealing with complex financial settlements involving family businesses, companies and pensions. She is a member of Resolution and is an accredited specialist in Children Law and Financial Provision. Tracey has also qualified as a 'Collaborative Lawyer' in which she has a keen and enthusiastic interest.
