Patrick joined the practice in January this year to head up the firm’s Commercial Team and was made Partner in August 2010.
He specialises in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including company mergers, acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts and commercial property transactions.
Patrick brings with him over 12 years of well-honed commercial expertise. During his legal career he has held positions in some of most prominent law firms in the City and the South West. Patrick has acquired an extremely wide range of experience across a breadth of commercial sectors, including the retail, leisure, office, development and voluntary sectors
