Norman is the Practice Manager and looks after all the “back office” and business aspects of the firm. Accounts, IT, insurance, human resources and facilities all come within his remit. He works closely with the firm's Managing Partner to compile and deliver a detailed business plan for the firm each year. Norman's wide experience and range of skills comes from engineering and manufacturing at director level before moving to the legal sector 15 years ago.
