An exciting new service from Mowbray Woodwards is the Employment Healthcheck.
We are well aware as employers ourselves that there are almost too many regulations to consider in business these days. The last year has seen the implementation of the statutory disciplinary and grievance procedures, which can lead to increased awards of up to 50% if the employer does not get the procedure absolutely right. This year sees the implementation of new rules designed to prevent age discrimination and a significant change to the rules relating to treatment of employees where there is a transfer of ownership of a business or part of it.
It has therefore never been more vital to keep up to date. That is where we can help.
We will visit you at your place of business to gain a thorough understanding of your business, your marketplace, your competitors and your workforce. We will examine all of your employment contracts, policies and procedures and advise upon how these can be modified to meet the demands of the future business climate and the present and impending legal strictures. Where you do not have contracts or policies, we can draft them for you.
The visit itself will be for a fixed fee, to be decided with you in advance. Once we have ascertained your requirements, we can tailor a package according to your requirements and to your budget.
