View Legal PA/Secretary - Conveyancing team

We are seeking an experienced, full time Legal Secretary / PA for our busy conveyancing team based in the centre of Bath.

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, well organised and have excellent IT skills. You must have experience of conveyancing and preferably a knowledge of case management systems.

The main tasks and duties of the role will include audio typing and document production, contact with clients and other parties and assisting a Partner.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

View Private Client Solicitor – min 3 years PQE

A opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor or legal executive in our Private Client department. The Private Client team deals with a range of high quality work. This includes advising on and drafting wills, administering estates, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applying for Deputyship Orders, advising on tax and estate planning and setting up and administering trusts.

The ideal candidate with be a lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE with sound experience in the area of Wills,  Powers of Attorney, trusts, estate administration and Inheritance Tax .
