At Mowbray Woodwards we take our social and corporate responsibilities seriously and strive to do the best by our staff, our clients and business partners and the community in which we work.
We believe that our business is only as good as our people, and that is why we are committed to being a fair and decent employer. The firm should be a place at which people are proud to work and where they have the opportunity to achieve professional ambitions.
We are proud to work in the heart of the Bath community and actively support local charities and fundraising events. We believe it is important to give back to the local community and we allocate a specific budget each year to support a variety of good causes. Julian House, Wiltshire Music Centre, The Amber Foundation, Fringe Arts Festival, Henrietta Party in the Park, Bath Rugby Supporters Club, Bath City FC, Dorothy House Midnight Walk and Bath Lions Club Charity golf day are just some of the organisations and events we have supported.
Our team takes a day out of the office once a year to volunteer for a local cause. This year the whole firm volunteered in the gardens and woodland at Folly Farm for the Avon Wildlife Trust.
We are also very aware of our environmental responsibility; we recycle where possible and make conscious efforts to reduce our energy consumption. We are working towards becoming a paper-less organisation.
