About Daniela

Daniela joined Mowbray Woodwards in 2013 as a solicitor in the Family Law team. Her caseload predominately involves public law proceedings, mainly representing children directly or through their guardians. Daniela has particular experience in acting for teenagers directly; including those cared for in secure units. She also undertakes private law proceedings representing children’s guardians.

Daniela acts on a regular basis for CAFCASS and agency guardians within Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Swindon.

In 2015 Daniela was named 'Solicitor of the Year' at the Bristol Law Society Awards. Daniela has had several articles published and is ranked in Chambers 2014.

Daniela is a member of Resolution, the Law Society and has been a member of the Children's Panel since 2011. She is also a member of the Wiltshire Family Justice Board and is Chair of the training sub-committee.

In her spare time Daniela is an amateur artist, enjoys walking/trekking and long distance travelling.

Daniela has also completed the Inca Trail Charity Challenge for the Marie Curie Cancer Care, the Snowdon Mountain Challenge for the NSPCC and numerous half marathons for various charities.
